C\u2019est une sorte de cheesecake aux raisins avec une saveur de citron, mais assembl\u00e9 diff\u00e9remment d\u2019un cheesecake classique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019abord, vous pr\u00e9parez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau, qui est assez lisse et cr\u00e9meuse, et par-dessus, vous \u00e9talez le m\u00e9lange de fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.  Le m\u00e9lange de fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me se m\u00e9langera par endroits avec la p\u00e2te \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pr\u00e9parer la garniture au fromage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Dans un robot culinaire, battez le fromage<\/strong>, le sucre<\/strong>, le zeste de citron<\/strong> jus<\/strong> et l\u2019extrait de vanille<\/strong> jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne. Ajoutez l\u2019\u0153uf<\/strong> et mixez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit incorpor\u00e9. Incorporez les raisins secs<\/strong> et versez d\u00e9licatement la garniture sur la base pr\u00e9par\u00e9e.     • 1 jus de citron<\/li>
    • 1 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 extrait de vanille<\/li>
