Ce dessert est \u00e9l\u00e9gant et vraiment d\u00e9licieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019avantage, c\u2019est que vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer la cr\u00e8me caramel \u00e0 l\u2019avance<\/strong>, ce qui la rend parfaite pour les r\u00e9unions ou les f\u00eates<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comment faire une cr\u00e8me caramel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tout d\u2019abord, pr\u00e9chauffez votre four \u00e0 160\u00b0C (325\u00b0F). Dans une casserole, m\u00e9langez le sucre et l\u2019eau et faites chauffer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne dor\u00e9. Versez rapidement ce caramel dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 17 cm (7 pouces) ou un ramequin, en veillant \u00e0 en enrober les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensuite, versez le lait dans la m\u00eame casserole et ajoutez les graines de la gousse de vanille ainsi que la gousse. Faites chauffer le lait, mais ne le laissez pas bouillir. Mettez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour l\u2019infuser pendant quelques minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un bol s\u00e9par\u00e9, battez les \u0153ufs avec le sucre et ajoutez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Versez le lait infus\u00e9 sur ce m\u00e9lange. Versez d\u00e9licatement cette cr\u00e8me anglaise sur le moule napp\u00e9 de caramel et placez-le dans un plat plus grand. Ajoutez de l\u2019eau chaude dans le plat du dessous, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 environ la moiti\u00e9 de la hauteur des c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Faites cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit dor\u00e9, pendant 45 minutes \u00e0 une heure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laissez-le refroidir compl\u00e8tement, puis couvrez et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rez pendant quelques heures. Au moment de servir, d\u00e9moulez-le sur une assiette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour la garniture<\/h4>
  • 1\/2 cup+2tbsp (120g) sucre<\/li>
  • 2 c. \u00e0 soupe (30ml) eau<\/li><\/ul>

    Pour la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re<\/h4>
    • 3 \u0153ufs<\/li>
    • 2 tasses (500ml) lait<\/li>
    • 1\/4 tasse (50g) sucre<\/li>
    • 1 gousse de vanille<\/li>
    • 1\/2 c. \u00e0 caf\u00e9 f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs (facultatif)<\/li><\/ul>\t<\/div>\n\t
      \n\t\t

      1. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 160\u00b0C (325\u00b0F).<\/p><\/li>

      2. Mettez le sucre et l\u2019eau dans une casserole moyenne \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais sur feu moyen-vif, et faites cuire sans remuer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit dissous et prenne une couleur caramel. Versez imm\u00e9diatement le caramel dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau de 18 cm (7 pouces), en enrobant aussi les c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Versez le lait dans la m\u00eame casserole. Ajoutez les graines de la gousse de vanille ainsi que la gousse dans le lait. Faites chauffer le lait sans le porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis laissez infuser quelques minutes.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Dans un autre bol, battez les \u0153ufs avec le sucre. Ajoutez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Versez le lait sur le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs.<\/p><\/li>

      5. Versez d\u00e9licatement la cr\u00e8me dans le moule pr\u00e9par\u00e9 et placez le moule dans un plat plus grand. Versez de l\u2019eau chaude dans le plat du dessous jusqu\u2019\u00e0 mi-hauteur des c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Faites cuire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que ce soit dor\u00e9, environ 45 minutes \u00e0 1 heure.<\/p><\/li>
