Il associe des couches de p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e croustillante, une cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la vanille soyeuse et une sauce \u00e0 la framboise \u00e9clatante pour un dessert \u00e0 la fois \u00e9l\u00e9gant et r\u00e9confortant.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Ce qui rend ce g\u00e2teau sp\u00e9cial, ce sont les deux couches de sauce aux framboises gliss\u00e9es entre la garniture de cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re \u00e0 la vanille. <\/strong>La saveur sucr\u00e9e-acidul\u00e9e de la framboise tranche avec la richesse de la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, cr\u00e9ant un bel \u00e9quilibre \u00e0 chaque bouch\u00e9e. Transf\u00e9rez la cr\u00e8me p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re dans un bol propre et couvrez-la de film plastique press\u00e9 directement sur la surface pour emp\u00eacher la formation d\u2019une peau.
