Strawberries are a dessert lover’s dream, with their seedless, smooth texture and irresistible flavor. That’s why they’re a top choice for desserts like this strawberry parfait.

How to make marbled strawberry parfait

Begin by washing the strawberries thoroughly, draining them well, and patting them dry with a clean dish towel. Remove the leaves and place the strawberries into a large bowl. Mash them using a fork or an egg beater.

Next, whip the cream on medium speed until it starts to thicken. Add sugar and continue mixing until soft peaks form. Then, add the mascarpone and continue mixing until it is well incorporated.

Carefully fold in the mashed strawberries into the cream mixture, being sure not to overmix to keep the marbled effect.

Pour the mixture into silicone cupcake molds and transfer them to the freezer for 3-4 hours to set.

Half an hour before serving, transfer the molds to the refrigerator to soften slightly. Garnish with slices of strawberry before serving.
