I have made guacamole for many years (having spent SO much time in Colorado - 35+ years). I love it, ate it before we knew it was a healthy thing (ha ha). I usually have lemons or lemon juice around and have very often substituted the lime for lemon and it works just the same as would the lime. This is pretty much how I have always made it, with the addition of some garlic (don't go over the top though). LOVE!!!!!
