Our organic vegetable garden

We have always dreamed about growing our own organic vegetable garden. And here it is, we finally succeeded and enjoying this natural marvel. All the work in the garden is now rewarded with these irresistible treats.

It is so impressive to see that from only some seeds planted in the ground, almost from nothing, you can actually get a real vegetable garden.  We wanted a 100% organic garden, we didn’t do anything to the soil, never used chemicals and it seems the nature rewarded us.

We had the chance to have a big enough space for the garden, therefore we planted even some corn, peas, beans, pumpkins and zucchinis beside the vegetables that are not requiring so much space like onion, garlic, carrots, spinach, salad, beets or cabbage. We are still waiting for the broccoli to show it’s head:) from the large leaves.

Such  a pleasant feeling to be able to cook with recently picked veggies from your garden. Even for kids this can be a fun experience, my daughters love to pick the vegetables from the garden, and bring them to me for cooking. Seeing them eating even some raw vegetables is such a good reward for me, definitely worth all the effort.
