How to make orange cheesecake

Begin by preheating your oven to 150°C (300°F).

Prepare the crust

For the crust, crush digestive biscuits until fine and mix them with melted butter and aromatic orange zest. Press this mixture firmly into the base of a 10-inch (26 cm) springform pan to create a solid foundation.

Prepare the cream cheese orange filling

In a food processor, blend cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, more orange zest for extra citrusy notes, vanilla extract, honey, and sugar until smooth and thoroughly combined. Gradually add eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated into the mixture.

Pour this creamy filling over the prepared crust, spreading it evenly, and bake in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until the cheesecake sets. Turn off the oven and leave it for another 30 minutes in the oven. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate overnight to achieve the perfect texture and flavor.

For a stunning finishing touch, garnish the chilled cheesecake with supreme orange slices.
