Summer Peach Drink

Oh… I just love summer. So many fresh delicious fruits that are just waiting to be picked up. These sunny days are calling for refreshing drinks and the time has come for a Summer Peach Drink.

Peaches are one of my favorite fruits. Ever since they are in season I’ve started making peach drinks for my family almost every morning. I love to have refreshing fruity drinks during the summertime as they make a great start to the day and not only. If made with a little gin or rum turns them into refreshing summertime cocktails perfect for evening gatherings. Talking about gin, you might like these refreshing Iced Tea Summer Cocktails.
This Summer Peach Drink is very easy to make, requires very little time and all you have to do next is to enjoy it under the sun.

How to make summer peach drink

To make a refreshing peach juice, start by placing fresh peach slices into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add lemon juice, sugar, water, and a few ice cubes. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and well combined, ensuring that the sugar is fully dissolved and the peaches are thoroughly pureed.

Prepare serving glasses by adding ice cubes to each one. Pour the peach juice over the ice, filling each glass.

If made with a little gin or rum you can turn them into refreshing summertime cocktails perfect for evening gatherings. For an extra touch of elegance and flavor, garnish each glass with a slice of peach and a few fresh mint leaves.

Serve immediately and enjoy this delightful, cooling peach juice! If you do, make sure to share the photos with me on Instagram. Would love to see how it turns out for you.

Thank you for your appreciation. The bottles I used here are from some Heinz Chili sauce I bought and I kept the bottles and took the labels off. I liked their shape and I finally used them. Hope you can find in stores too.

I was looking for drinks to make with the ten dozen fresh peaches I ended up with this year, and this one is my favorite so far! I added some malibu and grenadine for a little adult twist and it’s delicious!

I am glad you liked it. I'm sure the grenadine and malibu worked just perfect with this.

  4. Katie Author says:

Delicious…changed a little bit…used Volcano Lemon Juice, Premio Peach Moscato instead of water, and a little cinnamon. The wine tastes like fresh peaches. The cinnamon enhances the peach flavors. A friend said it tastes like fresh peach cobbler but in a glass!
