    Hi,
I found your Christmas cookies tutorial video on youtube and followed you here, yesterday I ended up staying way past midnight to try your double chocolate mint cookie recipe because it didn’t require freezing and my kid loves mint. Its one of the best cookies I have had , so soft and minty :).. and my kids also vouch for it. I also made the sugar cookie without the royal icing, plan to just decorate with store bought icing. That one is not quite sweet , may be it was intended to be.Thank you so much for the recipes! Happy holidays!
