The frappé is Greece’s favorite summer drink based on coffee, but if you want a healthier version, with no caffeine at all, you may want to try this Chicory Frappé recipe as it is as good as the original.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tsp instant chicory
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a blender and blend well until the mixture forms a thick and frothy foam.
  • Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chicory and drink with a straw.

    where can i get the chicory ? and if i can do that without it please tell me

      you can do frappe with instant coffee(if coffee is not a problem for you) in case you don't find instant chicory.. I bought it from a supermarket.. at the coffee and coffee substitutes area… hope you will find too.
