The frappé is Greece’s favorite summer drink based on coffee, but if you want a healthier version, with no caffeine at all, you may want to try this Chicory Frappé recipe as it is as good as the original.
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp instant chicory
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- whipped cream
- Place everything in a blender and blend well until the mixture forms a thick and frothy foam.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chicory and drink with a straw.
