Chicory Frappe
The frappe is Greece's favorite summer drink based on coffee, but if you want a healthier version, with no caffeine at all, you may want to try this Chicory Frappe. It is as good as the original.
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbsp vanilla ice cream
- 2 tsp instant chicory
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Place everything in a blender and blend well until the mixture forms a thick and frothy foam.
- Pour the mixture into a tall glass. Top with whipped cream and chicory and drink with a straw.

where can i get the chicory ? and if i can do that without it please tell me
you can do frappe with instant coffee(if coffee is not a problem for you) in case you don't find instant chicory.. I bought it from a supermarket.. at the coffee and coffee substitutes area… hope you will find too.
