Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake

I am glad to share with you the recipe for this fabulous rich Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake that is suitable for fall and Thanksgiving dinner tables. The pumpkin and spices bring a special flavor to the chocolate cake and the crunchy walnuts bring a nice texture as well.

I find this recipe absolutely delicious for pumpkin season. With the addition of pumpkin, it’s healthier than many other chocolate desserts, isn’t it? Even kids who don’t usually enjoy pumpkin will devour this chocolate pumpkin Bundt cake in no time.

How to make Chocolate Pumpkin Bundt Cake

To make this delicious pumpkin walnut Bundt cake, start by greasing and flouring a Bundt pan, then set it aside. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together 3 eggs and sugar until well blended. Add the pumpkin puree and oil, mixing well to combine. Gradually stir in the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and spices until the batter is smooth. Finally, add the chopped walnuts and give it a good stir to distribute them evenly.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared Bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 70 to 75 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 to 10 minutes. Then, carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate and let it cool completely. Once the cake has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your delightful pumpkin walnut Bundt cake!

Give it a try my friends it is simply delightful. If you do, make sure to share the photos with me on Instagram. Would love to see how it turns out for you.
