How to make snow peas with mushrooms
Begin by preparing the snow peas. Cut the ends of each snow pea and remove the string along its side.
Next, heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in the red pepper and mushrooms, cooking for about 5 minutes.
Add the snow peas to the pan along with the soy sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Steam the snow peas until they are crisp-tender.
Finally, stir in the baby corns and serve the dish as a side alongside fish or another type of meat.

Ingredients
- 250 g snow peas
- 1/2 red bell pepper , finely sliced
- 3 garlic cloves , finely chopped
- 5 medium mushrooms , sliced
- 5 or 6 baby corns , cut
- soy sauce
- garlic and freshly ground black pepper
- 100 ml water
Instructions

- Add snow peas, soy sauce, salt and pepper, and water and steam until snow peas are crisp and tender.
