How to make 1 Minute Tiramisu Mug Cake
Start by combining flour, raw sugar, baking powder, instant coffee, and salt in a cappuccino mug. Mix the ingredients together to ensure an even distribution.
Next, add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined. It is important not to overmix the batter, as this can lead to a tough cake. In a separate small bowl, mix together mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar to create a creamy topping for the cake.
In another small bowl, combine Marsala wine and instant coffee to create a sweet and flavorful syrup. Microwave the mug cake for one minute or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once the cake is cooked, pour the Marsala wine mixture over the top of the cake and allow it to soak in. This will infuse the cake with the delicious flavors of the wine and coffee. Finally, top the cake with the prepared mascarpone mixture, dust with cocoa powder, and enjoy!
