Baked Sesame Salmon

Salmon is one of the most delicious and healthy fish you can prepare for your family or friends as is full of vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids. I usually like to use the wild caught salmon whenever that is possible as it contains more minerals and less fat. This Baked Sesame Salmon is one of my favorite recipes I make pretty often for my family.

I never used to be a “fish” person but as time went on, I really developed a love of salmon–especially grilled or baked fillets. Gotta be careful, because as healthy as salmon is, it’s way too easy to make it UNhealthy with all types of seasonings (I’m soooo guilty of it!).

Your recipe looks like it’s got a lot of flavor WHILE staying healthy, which is awesome. I need to try it. Thanks for sharing!
