To create this salmon dip, start by flaking the baked salmon into small pieces, ensuring to remove any bones and skin. This recipe is a great way to use any leftover salmon.
Transfer the flaked salmon into a medium-sized bowl. Add the cream cheese, chopped onion, lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Ingredients
- 7 oz (200g) baked salmon
- 7 oz (200g) cream cheese
- 1 tbsp (15ml) lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill , chopped
- 1 small red onion , finely chopped
- lemon zest of a lemon
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Flake the baked salmon into small pieces, making sure to remove any bones and skin.

How to prepare the baguette toasts
- Preheat your oven to 400F (200C).
- Cut the baguette into slices. Brush olive oil onto the top of each slice and place onto a large baking sheet. Sprinkle each slice with some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Place into the oven for about 8-10 minutes or until they are light golden brown. Remove and let cool.
