Pita Bread Chips

Pita Bread Chips

There is nothing not to like to these pita bread chips. They are good and healthy chips that go very well with salsas, guacamole, dips and spicy sauces.

Since I discovered these chips I have made pretty often for parties. Everybody is enjoying these homemade chips. They are all gone by the end of the party.

Thank you for your great how-to recipes. Sarmale, Scottish Egg, Eclair - these are now in our "favorites" file. Question about these pitas for this recipe...which brand do you use? None of the pitas I can find are so thin. I also make a pita, but it too is thick. Thanks.

I don't use a specific brand.. they are called lebanese pitas and I find them in various supermarkets.. .
