This Blueberry and Mango Parfait is a quick easy recipe for a healthy and nutritious breakfast or dessert for summer days.
Alternating layers of colorful fruits with yogurt makes this blueberry and mango parfait totally irresistible. You can serve it with homemade granola to make it absolutely divine. The best part is that you can never get bored of this kind of parfaits as you can always change the fruits and serve a different parfait each time.
Homemade Crepes with Strawberries
Blueberry and Mango Parfait
- 1 mango , finely sliced
- 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
- vanilla yogurt
- homemade granola
- To make the parfait, place a layer of blueberries on the bottom, granola then add yogurt.
- Add a layer of mango, granola and then add yogurt again. Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries, mango slices and granola. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
