Alternating layers of colorful fruits with yogurt makes this blueberry and mango parfait totally irresistible. You can serve it with homemade granola to make it absolutely divine. Irresistible, quick and easy recipe for blueberry and mango parfait, healthy and nutritious breakfast or even dessert for summer days.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mango , finely sliced
  • 1 ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • vanilla yogurt
  • homemade granola

Instructions
 

  • To make the parfait, place a layer of blueberries on the bottom, granola then add yogurt. 
  • Add a layer of mango, granola and then add yogurt again. Repeat the layers until the dish is full. 
  • Garnish with fresh blueberries, mango slices and granola. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
