How to make frozen grape sorbet

Start by washing the grapes and removing them from the cluster. Pat them dry with a clean dishtowel, then place them in a resealable zipper bag and freeze them overnight. The next day, put the frozen grapes in a food processor and blend until the mixture becomes smooth and reaches an ice cream-like texture. Occasionally stop the food processor to scrape down the sides.

Once the mixture has the right texture, scoop it into serving bowls. Garnish with fresh grapes and walnuts before serving. Enjoy this refreshing frozen treat immediately.

The grapes I used were very sweet and didn’t need any sweetener but I am sure that maple syrup or honey works just perfect in case it is needed.
