Banana Cherry Smoothie

I recently discovered that I can use cherries to create a refreshing and healthy drink suitable for breakfast time alongside some cereals.

This banana cherry smoothie turned to be one of my favorite with a great flavor , really healthy and nutritious. You can replace milk with yogurt, will be as good if not better.

Banana cherry smoothie, refreshing and healthy, made with milk or yogurt, suitable for breakfast time with cereals, great flavor and nutritious too.

  • 1 cup frozen sour cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ cup milk or 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a blender, place all ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
