Banana Cherry Smoothie

This Banana Cherry Smoothie is one of my absolute favorite summer drinks. Bursting with great flavor, it’s not only delicious but also incredibly healthy and nutritious.

I recently discovered that cherries can be used to create a refreshing and wholesome drink, perfect for breakfast. You can pair it with some cereals for a good start to your day. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can replace the milk with yogurt, which makes the smoothie even more delightful.

Cherries and bananas offer a variety of health benefits. How to make banana cherry smoothie

Begin by placing all ingredients into a blender. Add the frozen sour cherries,  banana, milk or yogurt, the two tablespoons of honey, and vanilla extract. Cover and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into glasses and serve immediately.

This Banana Cherry Smoothie is a refreshing and healthy drink, made with milk or yogurt, suitable for breakfast time. It has a great flavor and nutritious too.

  • 1 cup frozen sour cherries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 ½ cup milk or 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • In a blender, place all ingredients, cover and blend until smooth. 
  • Pour into glasses and serve.
