Strawberry Clafoutis

Strawberry Clafoutis

A classical French desert combining the texture of a custard and a cake, a recipe very easy to make. Clafoutis is usually made with cherries but strawberries are as good. Delicious, sweet-tart dessert, it's just perfect for your guests or family.

Beautiful! I love the way Clafouti makes your house smell when it bakes - my favorite is peach and raspberry. Haven't tried strawberries yet...
