I have always loved the combination between caramel walnuts and chocolate and here we are with an elegant dessert with a caramel mirror glaze perfect the for the upcoming holiday.  Walnut cake at the bottom, followed by a semisweet chocolate layer, caramelized toasted nuts cream and a mascarpone and coffee mousse on top. Everythis ing coated with a caramel mirror glaze and decorated with a chocolate golden flower for a more elegant look.

I’ve made this Orange Chocolate Mirror Cake with the intention of celebrating autumn’s beautiful colors with a delicious and elegant dessert. A pecan and candied orange brownie at the bottom, topped with an orange mascarpone mousse and orange jelly and then all covered with a beautiful shiny cocoa mirror glaze for a delightful and impressive look.

This Pumpkin Bundt Cake is by far one of the best desserts for pumpkin season, so hope you will try it out. It is moist, rich and very flavorful. Really love the intense color pumpkin gives to cakes and the cream cheese filling is a great addition. With this creamy interior this bundt cake doesn’t even need an icing on top but feel free to add it if you like it best.
