This summer, I made a resolution that our household would only indulge in homemade ice cream whenever possible, particularly in the form of fruit and yogurt popsicles. These Nectarine Yogurt Popsicles are incredibly easy to whip up, requiring just a few minutes of your time, and they’re not only delicious but also healthy, as they contain no added sugar.
The best part? Kids absolutely adore them, making them a fantastic way to sneak in more fruits into their diet. You can even get the little ones involved in the popsicle-making process as they’ll be thrilled to lend a hand.
Feel free to get creative and switch up the fruits each time you make them. Whether it’s berries, apricots, peaches, bananas, cherries, or any other seasonal fruits, they all pair wonderfully with yogurt.
These delightful frozen treats are simple, refreshing, and perfect for beating the heat on hot summer days.
How to make nectarine yogurt popsicles
Begin by peeling the nectarines and placing them in the bowl of the blender. Add 1 tablespoon of honey and puree until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey.
Pour the nectarine puree and yogurt mixture into popsicle molds in alternating layers. Then, using a skewer, swirl the mixtures together in an up and down motion.
Add sticks to the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until they’re frozen solid.
Once frozen, unmold the popsicles and they’re ready to be enjoyed!
Hope you will give these Nectarine Yogurt Popsicles a try and I guarantee you’ll enjoy them as much as we did! Don’t forget to tag me in your Instagram posts or stories, so I can see your amazing results.
