How to make crispy cheese balls

Start by combining crumbled Feta with grated Cheddar, Gouda, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Toss in flour, dried oregano, two eggs, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix the cheese blend until it’s all nicely combined.

Now, shape the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls using a cookie scoop, and place them on a plate.

Next, heat vegetable oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Make sure there’s enough oil to cover about half of the cheese balls.

Roll each cheese ball in breadcrumbs, then fry them in batches until they turn crispy and golden on all sides. Transfer the cheese balls to paper towels to soak up any extra oil.

Finally, serve these delicious treats with your favorite dipping sauce, whether it’s marinara sauce, chili garlic sauce, chili jam, or simply as a tasty side dish.
