Ingredients
  

Whipped Feta Dip

  • 7 oz (200g) feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp (45g) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tsp (5g) lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or oregano) , or 1 tsp dried herbs
  • chili flakes

For the Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

  • 12 oz (350g) cherry tomatoes , cut in half
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano , optional
  • a tiny drizzle of honey after roasting

Instructions
