This Olive and Feta Spread is one of those simple recipes that feels a little special every time you make it. It started as a quick way to use up a jar of green olives, but it quickly became something I keep coming back to. The combination is just right, salty, creamy, and full of flavor, without needing much effort at all.

I love how easily it comes together. Everything goes into one bowl or food processor. In a few minutes you have a spread that tastes like something you’d order at a cozy café. The feta gives it that rich, tangy base, while the green olives add a bright, slightly sharp note that keeps it from feeling too heavy.

It’s the kind of recipe I make when I need something quick for guests. It’s just as good on a quiet afternoon with a slice of toasted bread. I like to add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle some chili flakes on top.

Simple, flexible, and full of flavor, this is one of those little recipes that always delivers.

How to make olive feta spread

Begin with adding the feta, green olives, Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil to a food processor.

Blend until smooth for a creamy dip, or pulse lightly if you prefer a bit more texture.

Taste and adjust as needed, add a little more lemon juice for brightness or a drizzle of olive oil for an extra silky finish. Season with pepper to taste, keeping in mind the feta and olives are already quite salty.

If using, gently stir in chopped fresh herbs or dried herbs for an extra layer of flavor. I used dried oregano this time.

Transfer to a serving bowl and finish with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of chili flakes, and a few chopped olives on top. Serve with warm bread or crackers and enjoy a bold, savory dip that’s both simple and full of Mediterranean flavor.
