How to make cottage cheese pizza

Begin with preheating the oven to 350°F (180°C) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Next, prepare the cottage cheese crust by combining cottage cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, and flour in a medium bowl. Stir the mixture until well combined.

Then, pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and use the back of a spoon to spread it into a circle. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown and firm. Let it cool for 5 minutes before adding the toppings.

Now, assemble the pizza by spreading a layer of tomato sauce evenly over the crust, followed by grated mozzarella cheese. Add salami or pepperoni slices on top and finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Then, bake again for another 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Finally, remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper, and serve immediately. Enjoy your homemade cottage cheese crust pizza! If you try it out, don’t forget to tag me in your Instagram posts or stories, so I can see your amazing results. Enjoy!
