  • 2 pounds (900g) potatoes
  • 4 tbsp (60g) olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp (12g) breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp (3g) paprika
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) chili powder
  • 1 tsp (5g) salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 ½ tsp mixed dried herbs (½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp basil, 1/2 tsp thyme)

Yogurt Dipping Sauce

  • 2/3 cup (160g) Greek yogurt , or sour cream
  • 1 tsp (5g) mustard
  • 3 tbsp (45g) sweet chili garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
