- 4 tbsp (60g) olive oil
- 1/2 tsp (2g) garlic powder
- 1 ½ tbsp (12g) breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (50g) Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp (3g) paprika
- 1/4 tsp (1g) chili powder
- 1 tsp (5g) salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp mixed dried herbs (½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp basil, 1/2 tsp thyme)
Yogurt Dipping Sauce
- 2/3 cup (160g) Greek yogurt , or sour cream
- 1 tsp (5g) mustard
- 3 tbsp (45g) sweet chili garlic sauce
- Salt and pepper , to taste
